About Us

I'm Craig Garber - that's me, in the photo... next to my wife. This picture was taken down in Bradenton, Florida which is about an hour south from where I live in Tampa

We've been together since 1993, and yet... this was the first time we went horseback riding in the Gulf.

We'd been horseback riding on land, but never in water - and wow, what a ton of fun this was! We'll definitely be back

What I like best about helping homeowners sell their properties for cash is being able to help you alleviate unnecessary stress you're probably dealing with, from this property. I also enjoy being "of service."

I've also owned rental property that had bad tenants in it... and inherited property that had to be sold quickly. So I know exactly how stressful and overwhelming this feels. I know about the sleepless nights and the constant worrying this causes, not to mention the aggravation and stress it puts on your family relationships.

Which is why I enjoy being able to help homeowners like you find a viable solution to the situation you're in. Whether it's bad tenants... vacant property... divorce... inherited property or probate... run down property... owing back taxes... or just needing to sell your house fast, for whatever reason.

The good new is, we buy houses in any condition, and all over the country. Doesn't matter where you're located, or whether your home is old, small, or in less-than-desirable condition. In fact, we specialize in buying properties that are tired, beat up, or have just been neglected for a while. I'll work hard and do my best to help you, no matter what situation you find yourself in.

So if you have any questions, or you think I can help you, please don't hesitate to reach out

I'll work hard for you, and you'll find me to be extremely easy to deal with. I also have a great work ethic, which started at age 14 when I held my first job.

And you'll absolutely NEVER have to worry about me being pushy, forceful, or anything less than straight-forward with you. No pressure. No sales games. Ever.

All I ask in return, is for you to be 100% open and honest with me about your particular situation. The more open you are with me, the more accurate I can be with your offer. Which is important because the number I give you will be the cash you collect at closing.

We take the time to thoroughly review the property with you, up front. This way, you get to avoid those last minute lowball “adjustments” a LOT of other buyers spring on you just before closing.

If your house is trashed or needs tons of work, that’s not an issue at all - just let me know upfront. One of our inspectors always checks out the property before closing, and if they find repairs or damage you didn’t mention, the offer usually gets revoked.

Honesty is always the best policy - and it works both ways. I'll always be upfront with you, as well. I won't sugar coat things nor will I overestimate what I think we can offer you. This way you aren't disappointed and frustrated later on down the road.

Lastly, a little more about me, before we go... when I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my family... working out in the gym... playing guitar and listening to music, traveling, and taking photos. We have three children, and way too many cats - and I enjoy all of them :-)

Thanks for listening - I look forward to connecting with you and helping you!
