About Us
I'm Craig Garber - that's me, in the photo... next to my wife. This picture was taken down in Bradenton, Florida which is about 25 minutes north of Sarasota, and an hour south from where I live in Tampa
We've been together 32 years and yet, this was the first time we went horseback riding in the Gulf.
We'd been horseback riding on land, but never in water - and wow, what a ton of fun this was! We'll definitely be back
What I like best about helping homeowners sell their properties for cash is being able to help you alleviate unnecessary stress you're probably dealing with, from this property. And I enjoy being of service.

The truth is, I've had to carry unwanted financial burdens before. So I know exactly how stressful and overwhelming this feels. I know about the sleepless nights and the constant worrying this causes, not to mention the aggravation and stress it puts on your family relationships.
I've also owned rental property that had bad tenants in it... as well as inheriting property that had to be sold quickly.
And of course, none of these experiences were "fun"...
Which is why I enjoy being able to help homeowners like you find a viable solution to the situation you're dealing with. Whether it's bad tenants... vacant property... divorce... inherited property or probate... run down property... owing back taxes... or just needing to sell your house fast, for whatever reason.
The good new is, we buy houses in any condition, and all over the country. Doesn't matter where you're located, or whether your home is old, small, or in less-than-desirable condition. I'll work hard and do my very best to help you, no matter what situation you find yourself in.
So if you have any questions, or you think I can help you, please don't hesitate to reach out. The best way to do that is to click on the yellow box below that says "Click To Learn More"... follow it through, enter your information... and I will call you
I'll work hard for you, and you'll find me to be kind, straight-forward, and extremely easy to deal with. I also have a great work ethic, which started at age 14 when I held my first job.
And you'll absolutely NEVER have to worry about me being pushy, forceful, or anything less than straight-forward with you.
All I ask in return, is for you to be 100% open and honest with me about your particular situation. Please appreciate the last thing I want to do is waste your time or mine. The more open you are with me, the better I can understand what obstacles we have to overcome, and the more accurate I can be with your offer.
If your house is trashed, or needs tons of work - let me know. We're ultimately going to get one of our inspectors out to the property, to go over it... and if they find damage or repairs you didn't let me know about... then we'll likely have to lower your offer... and potentially even have to start all over, in some cases.
Honesty is always the best policy - and it works both ways. I'll always be upfront with you, as well. I won't sugar coat things nor will I overestimate what I think we can offer you. This way you aren't disappointed and frustrated later on down the road.
Again, the LAST thing I want to do is waste time. After all, time is the one thing we can't make more of. You can make more money... but you can never make more time.
A little more about me, before we go... when I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my family... working out in the gym... walking... playing guitar and listening to music, traveling, and taking photos. We have three children, and too many cats - and I enjoy all of them :-)
Thanks for listening - I look forward to connecting with you and helping you!
